JM: Phoenix Principal Weekly Message 4.21, 2025 景美:凤凰校长每周留言 4.21, 2025
Dear Parents/Guardians, Thank you for your support for our on-going support for our school. Preschool families provided an amazing lunch for our staff on Friday 4/18. Also, PTSA general members have approved to increase the donation goal to maintain the current GSA hours. On top of the shortfall in donations, the situation has been further strained by insufficient funds from the state and ongoing budget cuts from the school district which have created an additional funding gap of $36,000. Altogether, this leaves us with a critical funding challenge as big as $63,000. If you would like to support, please consider to donate to PTSA: https://www.bmdl-ptsa.org/get-involved/donate (remember to mark for GSA/JAG donation)
The time has come for us to begin thinking about preparing for classroom placements for the next school year. Our goal during this time is to spend the spring focused on creating drafts of balanced classrooms that will meet the needs of all children. We will spend a great deal of time as a staff and in grade level teams developing anticipated class groupings. We take into consideration Mandarin proficiency level, male to female ratio, academic performance, social skills, learning styles, and special needs. We also value parent input. Creating balanced classrooms where children will be successful is a complex process, and we need your cooperation to make it work. We appreciate the opportunity to work together with you to create well-balanced classrooms. Please fill this out by 5/16/2025 Thank you. Survey(Current K to 4th Grade): Microsoft Forms

如果您想要捐给家长会,请记得写上备注给GSA、JAG的捐赠: https://www.bmdl-ptsa.org/get-involved/donate (remember to mark for GSA/JAG donation)
