Dear Jing Mei Phoenix Families,

Thank you for another wonderful week of support. Here are some important timely updates:

We are thankful that we have a lot of volunteers at Jing Mei.

All volunteers must complete a background check every third year (Procedure 5630P Volunteers). A reminder email will be sent one month prior to the expiration date.

In addition to the background check, we are offering two volunteer training sessions at the Jing Mei 2gather Room (Microsoft Room) or virtually for this school year. Please join us at one of the time slots below:

Important Dates coming up:

• 11/25, 11/26, 12/04 Parent Teacher Conference- Students follow Wednesday schedule- early release at 1:10 (Please make sure you have half day pick-up plans for these days.)
• November 25,26 BGC will follow the school's parent teacher conference schedule so we will start at 1:10 pm
• November 28 and 29 (Thursday and Friday): No school, Thanksgiving, all district offices closed 
• December 23 through January 3, 2024: No school, Winter Break 
• 12/9 Choice School/Jing Mei Registration opens for incoming Kindergarten 景美2025-2026 新学年幼儿园班申请开放 https://www.bsd405.org/about-us/news/news-details/~board/bsd-news/post/coming-soon-learn-about-bsd-schools-and-programs-attend-an-open-house
• 12/16 Jing Mei Incoming Kindergarten Info Session at Jing Mei Cafeteria 景美幼儿园新生资讯会(景美餐厅) 5:30-6:30 pm
• December 23 through January 3, 2024: No school, Winter Break 
• 1/17/2025: Choice School Registration window closes 景美2024-2025新学年申请截止
